An advertising solution that improved the general look of a vacant heavily fly posted shop in Great Western Road.

The Situation

The general area around the shop was in need of improvement, with the shop itself unfortunately unable to attract new tenants and in turn becoming a fly posting hot spot.  Repeated attempts to keep the property free from this and other anti-social behaviour such as vandalism and tagging was proving to be hard work and costly.

What We Did

TPA transformed the unit into a temporary advertising station, incorporating more prominent agents details and property information, along with eye-catching imagery to remind passers-by that they were in the West end and helping generate civic pride.  The posters on display allowed local advertisers the chance to temporarily and cost effectively reach their target market while the initiative helped to speed up the letting process.
