Project Description
Our self-funded shop-front model once again successfully attracts new tenants.
The Situation
This was the ground floor retail element of a residential development completed in 2007, which had never been occupied and was only finished to a very basic specification. A number of the windows were damaged and looked unsightly, partly due to the window displays advertising the flats on the upper floors being dated and also damaged. The landlords had discussed installing a new shop front but due to a lack of interest decided against the outlay of thousands of pounds.
What We Did
After a brief discussion with the property agents a proof had been passed to the client for approval and two weeks later the unit had been transformed. The damaged windows were now protected and the shop looked highly presentable to any interested parties, at no added cost to the Landlords.
